1. Firstly, install and  open excel application

2. Then go to File > New from Template. This will take you to the template page in excel

3. Search for invoice with the search bar and click on select to choose the one that you feel resonates next with your service. 

4. The information has already been arranged in the excel templates. All you have to do is to edit the template. First of all change out all the constant information on your invoice. This includes your personal and business name, address and your contact information. 

5. You should then save this as your personal invoice template. Ctrl + S would do the saving for you. 

6. Everytime you need to send an invoice to your client, you can just have to go back to the saved template and then re-edit your saved version. Then you add the variable information such as client information, invoice number, service description and so on.

1.   Open a new worksheet in Excel, with Ctrl + N. Or rather go to File > New

2. Firstly, you need to edit your worksheet in such a way that it will be able to fit to an A4 sheet appropriately, so we will be working from column A-F. 

3. Input your business name and contact details, and a logo in the left hand side of the invoice.  

4. Input Invoice number in the top right side ( For example Invoice 000056) 

5. Then add your client details to the left side of your invoice. That’s directly below your personal details

6. Add a table for service description, quantity and price. Then use the type ‘=SUM()’ for the addition of prices. 

7Save in your file and start using this as your invoice template when the need for an invoice comes in handy.
